Sky Sins Training ("we", "us") provides personal fitness coaching through the Sky Sins Training app and websites (skysinstraining.in, skysinstraining.us, app.skysinstraining.com). This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account: your email address (used for passwordless sign-in and to match your purchase to your plan).
• Profile & fitness data you provide: age, sex, height, weight, goals, training experience, injuries, health conditions you choose to share, food preferences and allergies, weigh-ins, measurements, workout and meal logs, step and water logs, and — if you opt in — menstrual-cycle dates (stored on your device only).
• Photos and files you send: progress photos, form-check videos, blood-work reports and meal photos you choose to upload.
• Coaching messages: your chat with your coach.
• Purchase records: order details from our stores (product, amount, date) so your access works.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, or advertising identifiers, and we do not sell your data.

How we use it

• To build and adapt your training and nutrition plan.
• To provide coaching: your messages and any files you attach are processed by our coaching systems, which include automated processing and third-party AI service providers, under contracts that prohibit using your data to train their models.
• To send service notifications you enable (plan updates, check-in reminders, coach replies).
• To deliver purchases, referrals and account emails.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our backend provider (Supabase, hosted on AWS Asia-Pacific) and, for media, Cloudflare. Payments are handled entirely by Shopify and its payment providers — we never see or store card details. Some data (drafts, preferences, cycle tracking) stays on your device.

Health data

Fitness and health information you share is used only to personalize your coaching. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and shared with no one beyond the service providers above. Anything medical in the app is educational, not medical advice. If you later connect Apple Health or Health Connect, that data is read only with your permission and used only for the same purposes.

Retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all personal data in the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account. Purchase records are retained as required for accounting and legal purposes. You can also email support@skysinstraining.com for deletion or a copy of your data.

Children

The service is for ages 16 and up and is not directed at children.

Changes

We'll update this page when the policy changes; material changes are announced in the app.
